It flickers no/off for about 45 seconds. Then it will display the screen fine. The best way to describe it is, It's like a florescent light with a bad starter. I checked my voltages and I only have 160v at pin 5 on P900. Could that be why ? The rest of them look good. I'm stumped... I checked and rechecked everything. Any idea why pin 5 is low ? Also when it's flickering the spot killer lights. The only part I didn't replace was the HV adjustment. Should I have ?

anything like that is most likely bad solder joints or a bad pot.
