It looks like it reads ok...
If any of these chips don't compare against the rom
image and give an error, they will not program beyond
that spot either...
Is it possible to use a larger size chip in place of a
smaller one? ie. a 2732 in place of a 2716?

p.s. your date is off quite a bit... trying some
software out? ;)
