Ok. I'm too lazy to double-check the manual on this - but isn't the heater
on the same circuit as the coin door lights? In other words, if there's no
coin door lights and no heater glow, then you would want to check to make
sure the fuse is good on the fuse block. Although it does sound like
you're getting a reading which should be 6.3VAC but 5.7 should be close
enough. Also, someone correct me on this - but if you aren't using a true
RMS multimeter won't your AC be off slightly?
