Hello all,
OK, after fooling around with the EPROMs and buzzing out a bunch of
sockets, I tried replacing the game Z80 micro. Success! Omega Race is
back to life. (Both Z80's ended up being bad.)
Thanks to all the folks who suggested things to try.
BTW, I read 4.75V on the +5 on the CPU board (and on the power supply
itself), even with the adjustment pot all the way up. The game seems to
run fine but I am somewhat concerned. Any ideas?
