This is a follow up from Brian who put together the single ROM hack for
Tempest. It will not work on version -03 & -04 boards.

Joe, by the way I just looked at the schematics, and my hacks WILL NOT
work with a version -03 or -04 CPU board, or any board hacked to use 4K
chips (2532).
if you have only 5 game ROMs on your original boards... DO NOT do this hack.
