Yes I am using the Cinematronics version. I have an external power supply,
however it is supplying both the board, and exerciser.

I've gone through and cleaned the ic clips, and the legs on the ics. Haven't
checked wiring from the exerciser but it looks solid enough.

Just odd that I should have to run the voltage up that much to even get the
gate to start toggling. Signatures so far have looked good, up until I hit
the arithmetic section, it's completely unstable. L4 the ls182 pin 9 the not
carry is unstable, as is the ls181's. I'm checking the sockets on those now.
Will wind up replacing them with dual wipes.

But that's were I am so far.
