Where are you measuring this 125/100V voltage?

The deflection board generates the +125. That is fed to the small
regulator board on the side of the HV cage that beats it down to +100V.

The 100V output is kind of hard to get to and measure- be careful not to
short anything out.

But my thought is that if you've got 100V, you're good. (Unless you're
measuring 100V down on the deflection board where it should be 125.
There are only a few components in the 125V supply including a cap C401
that could stand being a higher voltage rating.

The 100V output directly feeds the HV transformer.
