Next test: I’ll plug that monitor into my space wars, so we can understand
if it’s a power supply monitor. If not i’ll change both DACs. I was waiting
to do that because they are not socketed

Is it jittering or is it a stable screwed up image? If it's jittering, look
for ripple on one of the power supply lines.
