The 'F' should change when you spin the spinner. Does it?

EQPM means bad EAROM, POKEY at B/C2, POKEY at C/D2, and Math Box. So I'd look at the interconnect cable and both sets of pins again, plus voltages on the Aux. PCB (+5, +22 and -22 volts)
