Still looking for a dump/jed from the original Quantum 137290-001 /
82s153 part but I believe I have a functional equivalent programmed into
a GAL16v8.

The problem is that I do not have a known good working Quantum board to
test the new device. I can however supply the jed file to anyone who
is interested in validating the address decoder in 1B.
