Theres a discussion on UKVAC right now about programmers.. the UK
consensus is... everything made by Willem is rubbish. Wellon are good
all-rounders for USB programmers.

No programmer that is powered solely from the usb port of your pc is
going to cope with burning older stuff, always use a power adapter...
