Actually I don't think the Rom sigs are the same for both. I seem to
recall someone stating that the 9100 does it differently come to think
of it.

as for this "When I run a test on RAM area 4000-47FF I get d0 and d1
as stuck high." It should be a ROM test, but since it seems to think
that D0 and D1 are stuck high I would assume that those datalines are
bad.

As for the Ram locations they are the same for asteroids and LL

But on the Asteroids I think the Rom region starts at 5000 and not 4800 like LL
