Uh, don't understand why 4000-47FF should be a ROM test ? It is the Vector RAM area or is this a case where the Processor can't read back the data put into it and it's being read out by the vector generator only ? The buffer is bi-directional (74LS245) however. I'll check the buffer.

I'll also pop it into my LL cab to see if anything is happening at all. I guess since the Watch-dog keeps re-setting it won't do much though.
