Hi,

It doesn't matter which row you use (and it doesnt matter which way round
the cables goes either).

BUT just make sure that the SAME ROW in plugged in at both ends of the
cable, and also that you havent staggered the connectors.

If in any doubt, just use a multimeter to confirm continuity.

As for the bus bar connections, you could use PCB pins or some solid cored
wire, soldered to the bus bar (if the solder will take) I guess.
