less power, less heat, and they arent sensitive like the old 40 series logic was - trust me.

you cant have a chip too fast, that's the maximum speed, it runs at whatever speed it's accessed.
the lower the number the faster it is and as long as the number is equal or lower than the original it's fine.
get the 100ns, it's a good chip, the 150 is too slow if you want to re-use it in something newer.
