check all the connectors,
if one was bad then the others are suspect.
check all the solder joints on the psu and consider replacing all the capacitors on it if you didnt yet.
(they arent causing this - but they will cause problems)
check all the connectors & cables on the gameboards - specially the ones that link the boards together.
