newly acquired non working G07

I've obtained a G07-cbo that does not power up, no
noise, no heater glow, nothing. To begin repair what
should I look at first. How do I test if there is
enough heater voltage? Also, I believe it needs a cap
kit.

Not sure how good the tube is. I recently bought a BK
467 rejuvenator,analyzer. I do not have cr-23, or #3
adapter yet. I want to just find a CR-XA adapter so
that someday I'll be able to work on almost any
monitor. I've never used a rejuv/anlyzer before so
I'll be experimenting.
