Hey Kevin,

Thanks for the response. I guess I should have started out saying I
did check the voltages, +5 is right at 5.01, +12 is 11.98, and -5 is
-5.01 I believe, they were all basically spot on. How do I check the
clocks? I've verified the roms are correct with my programmer.
