well, I'm sure you have throught of it already, but can we have bit
masks for ram - so you can check memory where only 3 or 4 bits are
populated (colour ram on some games for instance), also adding a mask
to a ram area would allow you to ID the actual chip

e.g. galaxians 4000-43FF mask 0f would isolate a single ram chip,
obviously 4000-43FF mask F0 would be the other chip.

either that or the ability to ID chips in a memory area

4000-43FF mask 0f = 7P, mask f0 = 7Q

(n.b. chip locations are not correct, it's just to indicate what I
mean!)

for multiple CPU boards, should the memory map / IO etc not be a tree
from the CPU, that way you select which CPU socket you are plugged
into, and see the memory maps for that CPU ...

CPU support - if you can do Z80, S2650 should be a doddle

if you want anything done / tested etc, then I'm willing to help - my
icon drawing skills are probably not good, but I can program and test
things ... (s2650 support for instance)

I was going to ask if you had any spare USB chips so I could look at the
long delayed project of connecting fluke pods to a PC, but then this
would make fluke pods unecessary anyway!
