I believe so. NatSemi was making them about a year and a half ago so
there's probably some around somewhere. (I actually got a sample off
their webpage for one that I needed about 1.5-2 years ago, but when I
tried again a few months back they said it was lifetime buy and
obsolete...)
JDR and Jameco don't seem to carry it. Internet Exploder just did it's
trick on my machine so I can't look at Digikey or Mouser's page at the
moment...
