Went a'lookin and found some at Pioneer-Standard
Electronics. LM305H are $0.9231 (don't you just
LOVE those fractional-cent prices?) and LM305AH
are $2.0769 each. They are at 1-800-664-7365
and claim both parts are in full production.
Their web page has full data sheets.

Kind of strange, though, that noone else claims to have
them. Both of the above are in the little TO-5 transistor
cans with 8 leads.

National says the LM205 is obsolete, but claims the
LM305H isn't. Go figure!

In a pinch the NTE1928, ECG1928, or SK7642
will replace it.

I don't know, the only places that claim to stock it
are the $50 minimum price types. Maybe it's stock-up
time for this one---or just buy the NTE1928 ($2.27 each
from Mouser) or the SK7642 ($4.95 each from Mouser).
