DigiKey actually only has one surface mount oscillator,
a CTX282CT-ND at $10.45---the other part number
is for several thousand on a reel!

Jaco Electronics http://www.jacoelectronics.com/ has
the Epson SG636PTJ-49.152MC3 oscillator and a
Valpey Fisher VF75T-49.152MHZ crystal.
