There were no dedicated Black Widows. Only Gravitar conversions as you

You are correct, Gravitar sold *so* poorly that when other games
completely bombed out on Replay(maybe playmeter) Magazines new games
rating chart, they were given a rating of 'move over gravitar!'.
They all also have Gravitar side art
