For what it is worth, I've owned one BW conversion kit in my day (new
control panel, MQ, extra wires for harness, EPROMs, new PCB sticker,
REALLY cool side art, squeegee, etc...felt like Indiana Jones when we
opened that box ;-) and have never seen a complete NOS kit for ESB or
MH.
However, my assumption was that the kit was an excuse to do something
with all the Gravitar cabinets they had sitting around at the factory.
My naive guess is the ratio of factory coversions to field conversions
is closer to 50-50 that 90-10 or 10-90.
