Well they could be used somewhere on a vector CPU, (though I can't *think* of anything that uses
them). But if you *are* having a problem with a 5101, it is not an uncommon occurance that a
new chip doesn't work! (?!?) And yes, it is the speed of the chip that is thwarting you, so do
try to get the fast ones, because the Williams GamePlan and Bally CPU's all do not work with the
slow version, though mine too have no speed stamping...
