Make sure you have +/- 24V on the HV board. There are several
reasons why you might not. Two come to mind instantly:
1. Bad 7824 and/or 7924 regulators.
2. Open jumper on the deflection board.
Both of these scenarios are covered in the Amplifone HV FAQ, I
believe. It's definitely worth a read.
