Quantum Woes

Hi everyone, my first post to the vector group. I'm really new at
working on the Amplifone monitor and have virtually no experience. I am
getting no HV at all to the monitor. I installed a brandnew Wintron
flyback, capped both boards with a cap kit from Bob Roberts and replaced
the BU406d.

Still no HV at all. Any ideas where I can turn to next?
