Easy explanation, some had SS doors and some did not.

All the early square door Ireland-built games Ive seen had SS doors on
them, thats just me. Ive heard of a couple steel door (painted black) BZ
minis, but no other games. who knows, maybe ones they planned to stay in
the UK had SS doors? just a guess.. Ask XY Man he probably has the skinny
somewhere in his mess of docs. :>

Ive never seen an over/under SS door..

While were on the subject of ireland games (and sorry for off-topic but
I dont pay RGVAC any mind).. Did they ever build a
dedicated pole position 2? I saw a converted cabinet with untouched
sideart at a pennsauken auction, it was DEFINATELY PP2 sideart, not a
sticker. It was also definately an Atari cab, not Namco. Maybe it was
built here, but it was an oddity nonetheless. I must have looked that
thing over for 45 minutes..

It was converted to another driving game but I looked inside the control
panel and it has a space for a wheel and shifter. It looked nothing like a
PP cab, or any other atari cab for that matter.. I recall it was
midi-sized like a Fast freddie. Ive been looking for one ever since (I
wasnt gonna pay $500 for whatever game it was now). Maybe atari just
couldnt sell them with the PP2 kit available for a lot less? Ive never
seen a PP2 flyer other than the kit flyer..
