They were supplied from Coin Controls from Oldham England who did also
produce the black doors too.

As far as I know PPII was only produced by Atari as a kit. There was a
few (in the UK) dedicated PPII's but they were brought in direct and
were made by Namco in Japan.

I have nearly all the Atari flyers and don't have a dedicated PPII flyer
nor have I ever heard of anyone else who has one.
