In the manual. It's pretty good. You can also use a later Cine
game manual as a reference (such as RO, AA, SC), although it's
not exactly the same.

You should have +25 between pin 6 on J2 (on the monitor)
and ground (pin 12 on J2 on the monitor).

You should have -25 between pin 9 on J2 and ground on 12.

I don't think you have +/-60, that's 120v and the xformer
can't put that out. Plus your monitor would look like a G08
(i.e. on fire).

Check all the supply voltages, regulated and unregulated.
