First thing to do is UNPLUG THE MONITOR. XY monitors can DIE if they are
run with defective boards or power supply. A way to tell if the board is
running is to listen for game sounds - fire, rumble etc , that sound more
or less at the right time.

Now check the voltages, safely.

If voltages are all OK, then put the game into self test (switch should
either be on coin door or beside volume control) listen for the self test
beeps etc as described in the manual.

Call Vectorlist after these tests are done for more help....
