You will now need a logic probe and some electronics skills. Unfortunatly
this sounds like a locked up board. With a logic probe check the CPU IC for
signs of Clock, pulsing Reset, NMI pulsing (I think on this board), and
presence of pulses on all the data and most of the address lines. You have
tried re-seating all of the socketed ICs already, haven't you? Have you
schematics of the logic board?
