That is all valid advice as long as your board is using the QUAD-POKEY
eliminator board. This small satellite board will have 4 Pokes mounted on
it. Otherwise you will have a single QUAD-POKEY mounted in place of the
Eliminator board. The only way to test this, is to swap it with another
working QUAD-POKEY chip.
