I emailed Bob last week, and he informs me that he no longer has any 406d's in stock.  Said that a company came in and bought out his remaining stock.  He has been attempting to find more at a reasonable price but has had no luck so far.  Bob went on to tell me that although Richardson Electronics has them in their online catalog, they were in fact out of them.  He also said that Mouser carries them, but the minimum order for this item was 500 units or $530, whichever is less.  I found a couple of places that carry them in the $4.50 to $5 range, and I haven't tried Computer Component Source, the place listed on the Gamearchive vector monitor page.  Now I guess RS is an option... ;-)
