The BU406d has a built-in dampening diode.  Some folks use a 406 with an externally mounted diode (Bob Robert's sells these), but Michael Kelley doesn't recommend this (see his article on gamearchive).  I should be receiving about 70 BU406d's in a couple days (that was the minimum order quantity).  I only want to keep about half of these, so if you want a few at around $2.00 per, I will be glad to oblige.  Please email me directly.
