You'll are right - I was wrong on the deflection board, I saw it when I took a
close look. Thanks for the quick answers, as always...

I think they just lutered the deflection board for parts... why would you
replace just one of the filter caps and not both while you'er at it? It seem he
had enough parts! Curious how much the seller's going to get from this.
