It's working!

In short, I have the mod working! It had two problems:

* There was a solder bridge on the A15 pad that melted through wire
insulation

* I forgot to hook up A11 between the CPU and the EPROM

I've put the code in its original position and relocated it to some
oddball address in the >$8000 range and it works!

BTW, I have source code relocatable/assemblable versions of Asteroids,
Asteroids Deluxe, and Lunar Lander available for download:

They assemble with as65.exe. Does anyone know of a better 6502
assembler? It'd be nice to keep them separate files.
