tell the cable company to go screw themselves.
these comany's have got so large that they think they are the law!

do what my friend in london did last week.

about 2 moths ago he was talked into upgrading from analog to digital by the CC.
they said that he would get interactive stuff/E-mail.
2 months later with none of that and a cheeky price increase he told them to take the box back.

they gave him some crap about minimum service periods,
so he wrote giving them 14 days to remove the box AND THE CABLE-FEED all the way to the border of the property!!!!!!

it was great fun watching the dumb bastards trying to dig-up the conduit from under the edge of the garden-path!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

incase any of you have shares with these dopes (N.T.L.) i would recomend selling them. he he

Btw. digital cable operates upto 1Ghz.

the REAL reason for the emisions laws are to protect the FEDs when they are bugging people.

(read any OLD manual with a FCC warning in it!)

the shield-boxes and filter-pcb's are not fitted to atari games in europe.
(maybe our planes are better shielded)
then-again, if they where effected by those frequencys they would get screwed by sattellite transmissions!

something to think about!
