Yes. The wheel is on good and tight. It didn't work when I first got it
(thoght not this way - it just didn't work at all), and I sprayed the whole
spiner out with TV tuner cleaner, then it worked.

When this started I sprayed it out again, and it didn't help this time. Is
there a better way to clean it ?
