Tempest monitor has no +25VDC

Hello everyone! Im still working on the WG6100 in my tempest machine. I have
installed the Cap Kit and also replaced the 4 diodes and 2 capicitors on the
deflection board. They are D100-D103 and C100 & C101 (Thanks Eric!). I also
tested the connectivity between the black brown and white wire connections
between the deflector and neck board. They seem to be working. So when i
test the DC current on J101 i get -25VDC but no +25VDC. I think this may be
the issue, has anyone else delt with this problem? Thanks in advance for any
