 Yes, I have already replaced the 25K Pot,
in the HV Cage, as well as installed the good
old Zanen Cap Kit, and replaced a handful of
other parts as well.

 Any other ideas, from anyone else are always
welcome, as I myself am stumped on why this B+
is so low, and why it will not adjust, to at least
180VDC, in this unit.
