A warning regarding Arcade Renovations

Guys,

I just want to warn you that Arcade Renovations is having problems
completing/shipping orders.

Well over a month ago (October 11th) I purchased a Tempest spinner rebuild
kit and Centipede side art.

The rebuild kit arrived, but the side art did not.

I have been trying to contact Philippe to find out when (or ever) my order
will be completed, but all of my phone calls, emails, pages, and a fax have
not gotten a response in over a week.

Somebody mentioned that he may be on a Honeymoon, but unless he's been gone
for over a month, then he has no excuse. The side art is not listed on
backorder, nor have I or any other mailing list received a message saying
that he would not be around to fill orders for a period of time.

It's very obvious that Arcade Renovations is having problems, and judging
by the several emails I have received from others that are currently
getting the same treatment, then it is obvious that he has not filled quite
a few orders recently.

This is just a heads-up. I'll post other messages as I find out more
information, or if Philippe actually completes my order.
