WG6100 .. green out of focus

I've got a 6100 that's working nicely apart from one thing ... the focus knob can be adjusted so that blue and red are in focus but green is way out of focus. If I focus green, then red and blue are miles out. Even when "focused", green is barely ok and the star wars green intro writing is still an out of focus mess.

I've basically swapped everything apart from the yoke, all colours are pure .. green seems to need to be driven harder judging by the pots on the neck board.

I'm assuming the tube is not in the best of health - has anyone seen this before? Is rejuvenating the tube likely to help? Or will I get more satisfaction dropping it into a trash compactor hopper?

Any tips?
