Putting an unknow condition boards in a working WG6100?

I have a non working WG6100 and a working WG6100. What are the risks in
swapping the boards into the working monitor as a trouble shooting aid?
For instance, If I swap in the deflection board from the non working
monitor do I risk damaging the working monitor. What about the high
voltage assembly etc.?
