thinking more on the subject,

it the big power-transistors base drive doesnt need more than 1w rammed into their base then the mpsu07/57 could be replaced by ZTX653 & ZTX753 and you could do away with the heatsinks.
you only need to put them in facing backward to make the pinout line up too.

advantages of modern technology. :)

a bit more expensive at $1.13 but they run much faster - 175Mhz!
