The last time I was looking for equivs, I bought some BD237 and BD238's. I
also bought some MJE/MJF 15030 and 15031. The MJF ones have a plasic pre
insulated tab.

good or bad choice.

The heatsinks run 'live' anyway iirc - You can insulate if you like, but
I've never bothered.
