Space Duel odd vectors

Here is what the second Space Duel pcb I have is
doing..Would like to get it repaired so someone else
can enjoy it. It used to be dead but new eproms and
new AVG generator got it sort-of going.. It actually
looks pretty neat. Fluid and moving all over the place
like electricity. Any ideas? Dot is in center with
everything flowing to the left.
