How to adjust Amp Monitor Picture Size

I know there are X and Y pos and size pots on the game board, Major Havoc, but is there any way to adjust this on the monitor itself?

I see a bank of 6 pots on the deflection board but they are not labeled.

The game board pots only adjust the picture so far. There is still quite abit of space on the top and both sides that is not being used.
