Thanks for the info. I swaped them out and there was no change. I will keep at it. There is a jumper wire on the board
that someone put on there who knows when or why. I will post what pins the wire is connected to and maybe someone can figure it out.

74LS153 at location 6F and 7N can't rememeber the IC number.
