I think he has some really good products, and its his customer service that
has let the side down. His ebay account got a LOT of bad feedbacks (was not
just arcade parts) and was eventually suspended.

It would be a great shame to see all his hard work and his OEM contacts dry
up, as I would like to get my hands on a lot of his products like the MC
trackballs, Atari Joystick rebuilds and of course the vector related stuff
like the Yoke rebuild kits, buttons, springs and such like.

One of my UK collector friends did have some parts from him - Like the MH
roller and some sample parts. They were top quality. I think there was about
3 or 4 of us, and we did all get our swag safely and as described. Some were
sent out very quickly too.

Some of us in the UK did however experience some considerable delays with
postage, He did however say that he experienced a lot of problems with th US
postal service (sending internationaly at least).

He said that the items had been sent out (no tracking numbers produced) then
UK customs would bounce then back to him in the US, Mine about 2 or 3
times - It was only when we did get sent tracking numbers that the items
arrived pretty quickly afterwards. But this does not explain the delays
internally in the US.

Thats my take on the situation, I dont want to see his enterprise crash and
burn. I'll patiently keep watch, and hope things turn out good and for the
better. I do think that he invested a LOT of money getting parts
manuafactured, so would be a shame if he got swallowed up by creditors, bad
debts etc.

We thought that maybe he was just a slow shipper, and it did appear to turn
out that way in the end from our experiences / point of view. His problems
at home would maybe explain a lot and I was not aware of this. Its very easy
for things to get on top of you, especilly if you take too many
projects/orders on at once.

I'm am sure that once all his outstanding orders are fullfilled, even if
they are delayed by many months, the customers will still be pretty happy
with the products.

Cheers, Colin
